YUVA NIDHI SCHEME: It is informed to the students who have passed their degree in 2022-2023, 2023 -2024 can apply for Yuva Nidhi scheme of government of Karnataka. Candidates can apply online at the Seva Sindhu portal or through Grama One, Karnataka One, or Bapuji Seva Centres.

About Sports

The department of Physical Education is an ever active department always since its inception in the year 1958, bubbling with enthusiasm and activities. An advisor sports committee consisting of principal and a few staff members helps me in organizing tournaments and sports competition.

Objectives of Sports Department

  • To develop skills and fitness specific to a particular sport.
  • To develop physical fitness by maintaining and increasing speed, flexibility, muscular strength, and muscular endurance.
  • To develop an appreciation of the concepts of fair plays, honest competition and good sportsmanship.
  • To develop leadership skills and foster qualities of co-operation, tolerance, consideration, trust and responsibility when faced with group and team problem solving tasks.
