Working Team of PDACEK Alumni Association

(Highest Decision Making Body)

The alumni association of PDA College of Engineering Kalaburagi (earlier known as Gulbarga), is now a registered body as ‘PDACEK Alumni Association’, having a set of bylaws.

The following is the Working Team of the PDACEK Alumni Association, which is the main decision making body of the association. It is responsible for formulating the plans and programs and also coming out with the strategies and activities that are necessary for implementing these plans and programs leading to achievement of Objectives of PDACEK Alumni Association.

As per the norms of Govt. of Karnataka, the process of registration of the Association can be completed only by a team of 07 to 11 Alumni who are residing in Kalaburagi and also having an Aadhaar Card with residential address of Kalaburagi. Accordingly, with the official approval from the Management of the College, a group of 11 local alumni (from Kalaburagi), listed in the beginning of the following working team completed the process of official registration of the Association and this group is referred as Executive body (members of this body will be having different designation as per the Govt. norms). The executive body is responsible for submitting routine reports regularly to the Govt authorities with respect to the activities of the Association. It is also responsible for organizing the meets and sharing information with all concerned.

In addition to this working team, there is a Team of Advisors who will be giving suggestions regularly for functioning of the Association and extend their support for all activities of the association. Further, Alumni Chapters will be formed in major cities of India and Abroad involving PDACEK Alumni of respective City/Region.
